HMG is a privately owned property investment company founded in 1878.

We own a portfolio of commercial investment properties valued at in excess of £110 million. Approximately 75% of our portfolio comprises retail assets and our activities are broadly split into three areas: investment, development and trading.

We are a small but highly focused team and manage all our assets in house.
