Property Investment Company The Hollins Murray Group (HMG) has acquired Bishops Court in Winwick Quay, Warrington for £4.25m amidst strong competition.

Bishops Court is a modern multi-let industrial estate comprising 8 semi-detached industrial units and extending to 110,000 sqft. It is located in an established industrial location next to junction 9 of the M62 motorway and within 1.5 miles from Warrington town centre.

5 out of the 8 units on Bishops Court are let to occupiers including, Bliss Supplies, Newton-Le-Willows Blinds, Optibelt, Waveguide Lighting Limited and Fridge Rentals. Post completion of the purchase, HMG have let the three remaining units to Yodel and Secured Mail.

When we purchased the estate, 68,000 sqft was vacant and it is testament to the quality of this asset that we were able to complete 3 new leases in relation to each unit within a month of completion of our purchase. The rental income on purchase was £239,000pa which has risen to more than £430,000 pa as a result of the recent lettings”
