HMG Disposes in Bradford

As part of HMG’s ongoing portfolio strategy of disposing of its non-core assets, a sale has been agreed to dispose of a mixed use retail and office property in the city centre of Bradford.

 

The property comprises two ground floor retail units with one let to a local nail bar. The adjacent property was most recently occupied by British Heart Foundation but had sat vacant for some time. The upper floors comprise a vacant office which was in need of refurbishment but offered some residential redevelopment potential.

 

The property was sold to Narang Wholesalers Limited, a local investor, for £267,500.
