The property is prominently located on Castle Street and benefits from a lease of the ground floor retail unit to Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited with 7 years unexpired. The upper floor residential accommodation has recently become vacant and has redevelopment potential

 

RL Frodsham Limited acquired the property for £195,000.
