HMG Disposes in Shotton

As part of HMG’s ongoing portfolio strategy of disposing of its non-core assets, a sale has been agreed to dispose of a mixed use retail and residential property on Chester Road West, Shotton.

 

A new 5 year lease on the ground floor retail element was recently agreed with Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Limited. The upper floor apartment is let on a standard AST.

 

PJ Mansworth Limited acquired the property for £160,000, reflecting a net initial yield of approx. 9.8%

 

Llyr Emanuel, Emanuel Oliver acted for the Vendor. Samuel May of May and Company acted for the purchaser
