Letting Completes at Quarry Rigg, Bowness on Windermere

Acting on behalf of HMG, Edwin Thompson have agreed a new 5 year lease to a Dog Boutique at Unit 54 Quarry Rigg, Bowness on Windermere. The unit extends to approximately 443 sq ft at ground floor level with a further 357 sq ft of ancillary basement floor space.


The scheme comprises a total of circa 13,00 sq ft of retail / leisure floorspaces with a wide variety of uses including a delicatessen, coffee shop, restaurant and beauty salon.
