o2 Relocate in Northwich

Acting jointly on behalf of HMG, Legat Owen and Metis have agreed a new letting to o2, who are relocating from their store on Witton Walk.

 

Telefonica UK Limited have agreed a new 5 year lease at a rent of £45,000 per annum. The unit extends to 2,116 sq ft and was previously occupied by Costa.

“Whilst much has been reported on the difficulties surrounding the Baron’s Quay development in Northwich, our scheme fronting Witton Street and Leicester Street continues to be a success as we welcome o2 off the back off Vision Express and The E-Cig Store.”
