St Helens Sale

HMG have completed a sale to a local residential investor at Church Street, St Helens.

 

Little Chisnall Ltd has acquired 9-11 Church Street. The basement is let a local bar operator, and the ground floor and upper floors were most recently occupied by Ladbrokes.

 

The purchaser intends to operate the ground floor as ‘Pimblett’s Bakery’ and is to submit a planning application to convert the upper floors into residential.
